Task Insights

We want project managers, clients, and vendor executives to be able to access Baton and be able to drill into a project. This can be on many levels that answer common questions about a project. Each of these views can also be drilled into at the assignee and company level.

To access this page, in any project, click on Overview/Task Insights.

All tasks that are incomplete, ordered by the earliest due date.

This will show what tasks are due next and what to focus on.

All tasks that are incomplete, ordered by the latest due date.

This will show which tasks are due latest and affect the overall project's projected due date.

All tasks that are projected to be more than 5 days late, ordered by days late.

Tasks that were completed 5 or more days early, ordered by days early.

All tasks that are marked as stuck, ordered by the earliest due date.
