Project Health

Reporting Project Status is a critical activity of any implementation project. Baton provides a simple, visual way to track and communicate Status that makes use of a simple stoplight system paired with a quick note. Project Health can be configure to appear in List View and Status Reports, helping Leads tell a compelling clear story of how the Project is progressing.

The Project Health Status Page

To navigate to the Project Health page, head over to any Project. In the Project Nav, click Overview, then Project Health (in the left nav).

This page provides a log of previous health updates and a button to add more.

New Health Status can be added via a simple form. To help PMs control status, you can choose the date the status applies to. Then choose a stoplight color, and add a note to provide additional context to your stakeholders.

Displaying Project Health throughout Baton

Project Health can be shown in List View and shared via the Status Tracker.

To help convey current status, Project Health and when it was last updated can be configured to appear anywhere in List View. See our List View article for more.

Additionally, Project Health can optionally sent along with Status Reports.
